Founded in 1980, Barefoot International, LLC began as a family-run team; brothers working together to pursue a passion. Mike Seipel, a barefooting legend, focused on setting records and dominating tournaments, and his brother, John, took the reigns in manufacturing in Wisconsin. In unison, they were able to progress the sport.

Quality has always been the primary focus of Barefoot International, LLC. We quickly learned that the best way to ensure a superior product was to develop and manufacture in-house rather than outsource internationally. From start to finish, everything is done under one roof: from welding to sewing, bending to fabricating, our products are crafted in Milwaukee and proudly made in America.
